Termite Pest Control Services and Exterminations: Avoid the "D" Word... That's Damage.
Arceneaux Pest Management Services is locally owned and operated by a Board Certified Entomologist. No other local firm can make this claim. What this means for you as a customer is we are able to offer expert analysis of any termite problem that you may have. Our experts are able to provide knowledgeable assessments of any termite situation and then follow through with the best treatments available. Our work doesn't end there. Arceneaux Pest Management Services offers follow-up treatments and inspections to make sure our services continue to keep your building secure.
We provide termite treatments and pretreatments to Baton Rouge, Louisiana and the surrounding areas, including: Ascension Parish, Livingston Parish, Denham Springs, West Baton Rouge, Plaquemine, St. Francisville, Praireville and Gonzales.
New Construction Termite Treatments
We recognize the importance of termite pretreatment. Whether you are building your own dream home or a developer who handles many construction sites, Arceneaux Pest Management Services offers peace of mind and solid termite treatments.
We offer a$1,000,000 guaranteed-renewable termite damage warranty. This warranty will cover damage that may occur from Native subterranean termites, as well as Formosan termites.
*What you may not have known:
The Louisiana Department of Agriculture requires that the entire perimeter of the home must be trenched and treated within twelve months of the initial pretreat. This creates a product barrier under the foundation and around it, keeping termites out.
Most consumers are unaware of this requirement, and many companies do not perform this treatment unless asked. As part of the original pretreatment price, we complete this follow-up treatment without being asked.
Residential and Commercial Termite Treatments
In order to protect your home, Arceneaux Pest Management uses state-of-the-art treatments featuring Termidor termiticide. We will perform a liquid termiticide treatment around the perimeter of the home. This requires tilling the soil approximately 6"x6" at the base of the foundation and drilling attached slabs that are not part of the original pour of concrete. The half-inch diameter drill holes are neatly plugged. A virtually odorless and safe EPA approved liquid termiticide is applied at four gallons every ten linear feet. Bathroom plumbing may also require treatment. This method is the most complete and most successful means of stopping termites.
