NEW CONSTRUCTION TERMITE TREATMENTS (Pretreats)
Arceneaux Pest Management Service, Inc. offers a $500,000 guaranteed-renewable termite damage warranty. This warranty covers damage that may occur from
Native subterranean termites,as well as Formosan termites.
As part of the original pretreat price, the Louisiana Department of Agriculture requires that the entire perimeter of the home must be trenched and treated within twelve months of the initial pretreat. This creates a product barrier under the foundation and around it, keeping termites out. Most consumers are unaware of this requirement, and many companies do not perform this treatment unless asked. We will do this follow-up treatment without being asked.

POST CONSTRUCTION TERMITE TREATMENTS Arceneaux Pest Management uses state of the art treatments featuring Termidor® termiticide for protecting your home or property from termites. We offer a $500,000 guaranteed-renewable termite damage replacement warranty for homes that qualify. This warranty covers damage that may occur from Native subterranean termites, as well as Formosan termites. All of our treatments are supervised by our on-staff entomologist.
For homes that do not meet our construction standards, we offer a NON-DAMAGE warranty that includes a complete initial termite treatment and annual inspections. All follow-up remedial treatments are performed at no additional charge.
Your annual renewal rate for both of our termite treatment plans is GUARANTEED NOT TO INCREASE for AT LEAST FOUR YEARS!

REAL ESTATE INSPECTIONS
We offer a 24-hour turnaround time in providing the Wood Destroying Insect Report that is required when selling or refinancing your home. All of our inspectors are State Certified.

CONSULTATION FOR LITIGATION
Our
on-staff entomologist is available to provide expert witness testimony on behalf of consumers who are suing (or contemplating suing) their current, or former, termite company for negligent treatment or unpaid termite damage to their home or property. This service is billed at an hourly rate.
GENERAL PEST CONTROL
We offer a variety of services to meet your pest control needs, including MONTHLY, QUARTERLY, SEMI-ANNUAL or ANNUAL service. We offer pest control services for ants, spiders, roaches, carpenter ants, silverfish, fleas, rats, mice, etc. All of our services are guaranteed, and any remedial treatments are at no charge. We use ODORLESS treatments in the home, which are safe for you, your family, and your pets.
We also offer special services for honeybees and yellow jackets.
